The IT Career Foundation Program (ITCFP) India is a fast-paced, two-year development rotation program that provides highly qualified candidates a challenging introduction to careers in IT within The Boeing Company.
This program will provide participants with opportunities to obtain broad, cross-functional experience across multiple IT functional organizations in India.
The two year ITCFP India offers the opportunity to rotate through four different areas of IT over the course of the program. These areas include, but are not limited to, data science and analytics, supply chain systems, engineering products and support, IT Infrastructure, Architecture etc. and offer opportunities in software and application development, product management, UX design, AR/XR/VR design and development etc. The ITCFP offers unique development opportunities for its program participants. These opportunities include monthly technical trainings, annual seminars, executive roundtables, hackathons, mentoring experiences, and more!
As an ITCFP participant, you will be assigned challenging work assignments under the mentoring of technology professionals. You will assist in delivering best in class technological solutions to our business, our partners, and our customers. You will be assigned tasks that will help you apply and expand the skills you have developed at school to build a solid foundation for your future career with Boeing.
The IT Career Foundation program is now being launched in India Develop future IT leaders and enable overall IT capabilities.
