Responsibilities and job description
1. Workflow
a. Responsible for ensuring smooth and seamless functioning of the end-to-end transcription workflow process.
b. Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the workflow.
c. Liaison with customers and other stakeholders on workflow management
d. Managing databases (MySQL and MSSQL), backup, restore replication and mirroring.
e. Writing scripts on automating the tasks
f. Monitoring and maintaining servers.
2. Firewall and Security compliance requirements
a. Configuration and monitoring the firewall.
b. Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the firewall.
c. Monitoring network security as per controls laid out.
d. Conduct regular checks on data and network security.
e. Implementing and strengthening information security controls.
f. Continuous improvements on security controls
g. Configuring and maintaining access control (eSSL) and CCTV devices.
3. Manage service desk
a. Monitor and run an effective ticketing system to ensure all stakeholders needs are met with SLAs.
b. Analyze and make improvements to eliminate repeat issues.
4. Team development
a. Create and encourage an environment of learning and development of the team.
5. Documentation of processes and procedures
a. Ensure appropriate documentation requirements are met for all security and compliance controls.

e. Develop and implement IT policy and best practice guides for the organization

Qualification and Requirements
1. Minimum 6 Years’ and max 10 years of experience managing IT infrastructure.
