He/ She should have hands-on experience on reports, PPT and PMS (Performance Management System).
The candidate must ensure a good track and relationship with all the associates at site to ensure that the associates are excited about the company.
The candidate should coordinate with the department heads and process the calculation of the performance, pay components of salary of the associates and advice the same to account for release of rewards.
Generate weekly & monthly review deck PPT & dashboards, attrition report, quality performance report & Monthly MIS.
