Job Description * Works jointly with recruiters and oversees the sourcing, interviewing and hiring processes of employees. Update current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g. job application and onboarding processes) * Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance * Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire) * Implement new sourcing methods * Ensure client satisfaction through timely delivery, while maintaining quality of profiles. * Managing the team with high motivation & productivity level, understand their strengths, technical support and create target-oriented environment. * Conducting weekly and monthly meeting with the team for performance review. * Attending vendor meeting arranged by clients monthly /quarterly for better understanding of Requirements. * Maintaining all details of candidates in an Excel format. * Meeting Prospective clients, getting new positions / business from them and providing prompt account servicing Requirements * Proven work experience as a Recruiting Manager, Recruitment Consultant * Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation * Familiarity with social media and other professional networks * Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills * Strong decision-making skills
