We are looking for a self-starter Field Service Technician to deliver the desired customer service experience. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention and increases profitability.
Duties & Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities:
Repair, install, and configure IT equipment including user desktops, laptops, printers and network equipment etc.
Assembling and disassembling of IT components
chip level testing of components
repairing or replacing the damaged hardware
Job Requirements
Proven Field Service experience
Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment
English literacy
Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedule.
Technical degree or certification
Degree in Computer Science or a related field or technical training.
1+ years of experience in technical support (equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered)
