We are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our ambitious HR dream team and help us drive top talent to our company via innovative candidate attraction strategies.
Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Experience: 4-5 Years in core IT Recruitment
Qualification: MBA- HR or any course related to HR Specialization.
Location: Chennai & Bangalore
Roles and Responsibilities
Plan and implement company talent acquisition strategy.
Sourcing and screening potential candidates from effective usage of Internal Systems. (Career Pages and Job Portals)
Responsible for all aspects of the sourcing and hiring of IT professionals to fill technical positions.
Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews.
Work closely with management on all diversity initiatives involving recruitment to ensure fairness in hiring practices.
Use various methods and platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, indeed to recruit and network with potential candidates including networking events, and job fairs.
Conduct sourcing activities in order to fill open positions.
Conduct preliminary interviews with recruits to gauge interest, personality, and salary requirements.
Reviews employment applications and background check reports.
Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment
Communicate regularly with the HR department to get a clear view of the company’s hiring needs and organizational goals.
Research talent acquisition trends in the staffing industry.
Provide feedback to management about details regarding applications
Follow up with the offered candidates till they join the organization.
Skills And Qualifications
Professional Human Resources certification is strongly preferred. MBA degree in Human resources or similar relevant field.
A positive, “can do” attitude with impactful presentation skills.
In-depth knowledge of candidate’s selection methods
Excellent understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills
Experience in the continual development of talent pipelines and sourcing potential candidates.
Ability to speak knowledgeably about the company and answer any questions a potential hire may have.
Previous experience developing and executing recruiting marketing and branding strategies.
Experience working with a diverse team and striving for fairness in hiring all races, genders, and ages.
Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Knowledge of social media and professional networks.
Manage overall interview, selection, and closing process.
Networking and referencing skills.

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹60,000.00 per month
