IT Tickets – Desktop Support
Responsible for IT tickets related to Systems, Application, OS,Internet
Ensure to meet the IT 1day SLA
Updating the ticket status twice daily to avoid escalations from end users
Timely escalate to superior if the tickets exceeds the SLA
Daily Ticket Review and Report send to IT Team
Ticket Dashboard creation for IT SLA
o365 Management
User creation and deletion
Tracker Maintenance
Monthly comparison with Active emp sheet
Accops
Adding and removing systems and users
Monthly maintenance and hotfix update
Weekly once check the active usage
Monthly license renewal
Absolute
