Nokia IT Enterprise Compute team is comprised of datacenter infrastructure process, project managers, business analysts, and Nokia Cloud Operations. The position is for project managing and business anlyst for a set of large Google Cloud migration projects, new demands, process optimization / automation, datacenter consolidation/closure, and/or migration to public cloud. We are looking for individuals that actively look for ways to automate and simplify complex processes, think ahead to future needs as well as present, take pride in being thorough and detail-oriented, and function well in a fast-paced environment.
What you will learn and contribute to
As a part of our team, you will manage projects, document requirements and define scope to formulate systems that meet overall customer objective. You will lead client facing requirements workshops to gather business requirements, and review, analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs. You will ensure that tickets and content for epics, user stories, and bugs/tasks are created, and have an oversight of the lifecycle of the before mentioned.
You will be responsible to ensure that all activities, commitments and timelines are achieved on time and on budget. You will communicate status and progress to stakeholders including management, peers, and customers as needed. You will handle all issues and remove blocking factors within your scope while providing timely management escalation as appropriate. You will be required to use the Nokia IT project milestone methodology.
Your skills and experience
The requirements for this position are:
1-3+ years Project Management / Business Analyst experience
Agile, Scrum, Kanban, DevOps skills
Experience in agile project management methodologies and tools (JIRA)
Microsoft office suite
Experience managing large/complex cloud / infrastructure projects
Experience in traditional IT infrastructure service fundamentals (DC, OS, DB, storage, virtualization, networking)
Experience with IT outsource suppliers
Interpersonal skills
Prior global experience
You have experience on:
managing large scale infrastructure projects
datacenter migrations
cloud infrastructures and services
general knowledge of servers and virtual machines
general knowledge of SAN (storage)
general knowledge of databases
general knowledge of backup/recovery
It would be nice if you have:
Subject matter expertise in IT. Familiarity with standard helpdesk ticketing tools / ITIL practices (ServiceNow)
Other certifications like PMP, Scrum master, and other IT certifications considered an asset.
