ENTERPRISE SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR
We are currently seeking applicants for Enterprise Systems Administrator position to join our Pune office.
Enterprise Systems team manages ZS’s Messaging Infrastructure, Identity and Access Management systems, Collaboration tools and ZS’s ServiceNow instances.
Responsibilities:
Hands on experience with ServiceNow platforms
ServiceNow administration experience
Thorough understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes
Experience in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB & Asset).
Configuration/Customization of the Service Now system, including creating workflows
Experience in using scripting tools to create script in ServiceNow to automate tasks.
Experience with integrations and process automation using Service Now Orchestration.
Perform system and integration testing with sample and live data, monitor health, usage and check for the overall compliance of the applications.
Basic understanding of Active Directory will be preferred
Helping the team administer and manage the Identity and Access Management systems.
Knowledge on SQL, .Net, Visual Studio preferred.
Qualifications:
Strong oral and written communication skills
Professional appearance and demeanor, with ability to exercise good judgment and discretion
Engineer in Computer Science/IT, or other relevant education with good academic background preferred.
Ability to meet objectives under minimal supervision.
Ability to work methodically and analytically in a quantitative problem-solving
Being comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to prioritize workload based on business requirement
2- 3 years of relevant experience.
