Job Description:
Must have 2 years of experience in IT Service Desk – Helpdesk.
Desktop Support / Technical Support / Remote Support Services.
Knowledge of ticketing tool CA SERVICE DESK, BMC REMEDY,
Knowledge of SLA – TICKETS P1, P2, P3
Must have experience dealing with international clients or customers.
To coordinate, collaborate and escalate task within established timelines.
To provide customer service support to clients, engineers and staff.
To continuously improve the Efficiency and Excellence of Service Delivery as measured by Client Satisfaction ratings.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with in the team.
Ability to utilize the applications for DESKTOP support.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to provide technical support over the CHATS, EMAIL & PHONE previous customer service experience strongly desired.
Good problem solving skills; ability to visualize a problem, requirement or situation and think abstractly to solve it.
Ability to handle constantly changing flow of call flow; remain productive during slow times, be able to multitask effectively during busy times, exercise patience and professionalism during stressful situations.
Creativity. Ability to think around problems and come up with creative solutions is helpful.
Ability to work with or without direct supervision.
Importantly open to work for rotational shifts.
Understanding of OS 365, Group Policy
