Job Summary
To attend phone calls and coordinate with team to close the calls.
Responsibilities and Duties
To attend calls and respond promptly. To keep the record of each call and status update. To make MIS report from the software on status of calls. Attendance monitoring of site team Key Skills Proficient in MS office, People Management, Patience and interest to learn new things.
Required Experience and Qualifications
6 months to 2 years in helpdesk/ admin/ MIS role
Good communication skills.
Qualification +2 or graduate in any stream
Conversant in Telugu and English
