Cogno AI by AllinCall is an Omnichannel Cloud Communication-as-a-Service that uses a combination of ChatBots, Live Agent Chat, Cobrowsing, and Video Calling to provide a Delightful Customer Experience across all Digital Channels.

What you would do?
Identify, manage and resolve complex issues, preventing escalations, where possible.
Manage, negotiate and resolve project risks effectively.
Ensure delivery processes are efficient and cost effective.
By managing and facilitating meetings, IT delivery managers ensure that teams are improving performance, service, and product quality.
Manage multiple teams to deliver projects in alignment with customer needs with transparency to IT Services and customer stakeholders.
Must be able to identify appropriate product/service offerings to meet the client’s needs.
Must make decisions, such as prioritize relationships to develop, negotiate with customers and overcome obstacles.
What we look for?
A degree in Computer Science and/or a business related degree; or equivalent work experience.
5+ years in an IT environment working with multiple disciplines to deliver projects in line with customer needs.
Hands on experience on technologies like Python, Django, Javascript, Restful API etc.
Good business acumen and ability to negotiate with business partners.
Strong customer orientation and able to manage customer expectations.
Ability to develop strategic plans and translate them into actionable roadmaps.
Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change.
Drives operational improvements and efficiencies through the creation and implementation of rigorous process and controls, acts as a gatekeeper for quality.
Must have:
Proactive, Prompt, and Responsive.
Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
Ability to learn things quickly and pick up the domain well.
Common sense and general aptitude.
