Responsibilities:
Provide technical guidance to implementers, requesters and vendors.
Monitor change record queues to properly receive and assign tickets.
Validate change records for completeness and accuracy.
Mediate scheduling conflicts and issues raised and negotiate green zones.
Ensure timely task acceptance and approvals are obtained.
Communicate the status of change records.
Establish communication with appropriate parties for escalated items.
Update and track continuous improvement log and trend reports with opportunities to improve change approval process and continuous education of clients / customers.
Contribute to training documentation and testing of automated processes.
Ensure data quality throughout the change lifecycle.
Coach and train new team members as needed.
Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and/or other team members.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree/University degree
3-5 years of relevant experience
Advanced Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Clear and concise written and verbal communication
Proven analytical skills
Familiarity with the following applications is helpful: ServiceNow (SN), Citi Connectivity Registry (CCR), Citi MarketPlace (CMP), Enterprise Entitlement Review System (EERS), Microsoft Office suite of products
