Responsible for handling IT requirements from US based clients.
Sourcing the Potential candidates using various Job portals i.e. Dice, Monster, LinkedIn
Interview Coordination, profiles screening, checking eligibility criteria, and interview scheduling, based upon the feedback processing further rounds interviews.
Negotiate compensation with candidates, extend offers, facilitate the placement of candidates and solicit referrals of other top talent in that area.
Qualifications:
Minimum bachelor degree from recognized University, preferred someone with IT degree.
Must have US IT recruitment experience of 0.6-5 years or atleast 1 year of BPO experience.
Must have excellent verbal and written English skills
For US Staffing experienced candidate, Preferred to have understanding of differences in various tax terms like W2, 1099, C2C etc.
For US Staffing experienced candidate, Preferred to have understanding of Immigration concepts like H1B, GC process etc.
Must be self-motivated and must possess a good attitude. Should have the ability to deliver results.
