Responsibilities & Requirements :
Responsible for calling and screening of profiles in the recruitment life cycle for Direct
Clients in the US.
Experience to talk to the candidates, screen them based on fitment and requirements.
Understand the key skills in a Job requirement and identify qualified technical candidates
to screen candidates.
To perform extensive phone/email screening of the suitable candidates (US citizens, GC
and H1b visa holders).
Good understanding of technologies like Java, Data Engineers, .Net etc to be able to vet
out the candidates.
Excellent English communication skills- The ability to communicate effectively is a core
skill required to be a successful recruiter.
Strong Communication Skills and good knowledge of US IT Staffing.
Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of Submission vs Interview vs
Placement.
Candidate should be able to work under minimal or no supervision
Personally conduct interviews, document the same, and report as the need arises.
In addition to executing individual responsibility should be able to work in unison with the
other departments with the Company’s growth perspective in mind.
In-depth knowledge of hiring practices and existing laws with respect to the US market.
Experience in building the talent pool for the IT department of the company.
Experience in recruiting US Citizens and Green Card holders.
Knowledgeable about different US work Visas like H1B, E3, and TN.
Should be self-motivated as well as a team player.
The ability to think analytically so as to consider all applicants and recommend the right fit
for the organization.
