We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead Business Analyst
In this role, you will be required to:
Working with GBGF SSP contacts on portfolios between $50m to $150m to capture monthly executive status updates, achievements, planned work for upcoming reporting cycles and reporting of path to green and items for Steerco attention / awareness
Working with GBGF SSP contacts on portfolios less than $50m to capture monthly executive status updates, achievements, planned work for upcoming reporting cycles and reporting of path to green and items for Steerco attention / awareness
Portfolio level risk/issue updates and engaging with GBGFs to identify and report business or regional specific views
Creating reports for SSP senior stakeholders including presentations for Delivery Assurance and SteerCo content
Support extended support discussions with product owners and GBGFs capturing decisions and identifying scale of opportunities using HSBC inventories
Reporting of SSP portfolio finances, identifying risks and opportunities.
Stakeholder engagement with GBGF and Regional SSP contacts and evergreening control team
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
Strong stakeholder & relationship management
Strong data analysis and presentation skills
Strong Excel skills and presenting data through graphs/images
Excellent PowerPoint skills and able to create executive level slide packs for senior governance forums
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong understanding of portfolio governance and finances
