Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Senior Manager – Information Technology Audit located in Chennai.
Responsible to defining and executing the audit plan within the IT Audit function in accordance with professional best practices, and will assist the Director of ARMS and the leadership team in driving department wide transformation programs and the strategic direction for the global team. This person will stay closely aligned with Flex IT team, their Security and Compliance efforts and add value to our business.

Assist the ARMS leadership team in defining department strategy and incorporating an integrated approach to audits
Understand our audit methodology and documentation requirements, and suggest efficiency and effectiveness improvements based on external leading practices
Support IT Audit planning and scheduling, with an emphasis on cybersecurity risks and controls
Work closely with the IT and Finance Compliance team for cyber audits and IT SOX audits (i.e., scoping, planning and execution)
Execute audit plans by guiding the team as required, and delivering high quality audit work in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with the Internal Audit charter, IIA standards and professional best practices
Drive development of risk mitigation plans and completion of remediation actions with stakeholders
Collaborate with and manage the expectations of our external auditors and support them as required
Develop strong working relationships with IT management, IT Security team and maintain effective communication and alignment with them
Help drive department transformation programs such as risk based auditing approaches, streamlining processes and documentation, incorporating data analytics in our audits, continuous auditing, risk indicators & performance metrics and department budgeting processes.
Support professional development of the IT Audit team, including benchmarking, training, certification, and engagement in IIA/ ISACA forums
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
Minimum 5-8 years of either IT operations, IT security and/or IT audit experience.
IT operations/IT security background includes experience in networking, offensive security, defensive security, ethical hacking, security operations, incident response, vulnerabilities assessment, firewall configurations etc.
IT audit experience includes creating and reviewing audit risk assessments, fieldwork documentation, formal audit reports and presentations for senior management in English. With strong focus on cybersecurity risks, controls, processes, and operations, testing approaches, best practices, and emerging trends.
Advanced English level (spoken and written) and intermediate to advanced Mandarin (Chinese) level (spoken).
Knowledge of IT operations processes, risks, controls, testing approaches
People management skills: ability to motivate and lead individuals in a geographically diverse team, receive and provide feedback, building and maintaining relationship with global stakeholders
Strong background in IT operations or IT security
Knowledge of SOX IT General Controls, Application controls
Certifications – CISA / CIA, CISSP and other IT security certifications
Experience in an audit firm in IT Security (e.g. Big 4, other consulting firms etc)
Prior exposure to financial / operational audits
