Lead a team of software engineers that has responsibility for delivering high velocity improvements

Master’s/bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field
IT experience in Java/Spring Technologies and in Modern Tech stack developing cloud native applications.
managerial/leadership experience
Expert project management skills, software engineering skills, client management and business skills
Ability to provide leadership in a matrix organization.
Strong presentation and communication skills
Strong interpersonal, analytical and team management skills.
Should have experience of working in Agile Environment
Good to have experience in Test-Driven Development TDD
Good to have functional knowledge in Order management, Customer Communications, Supply Chain

Lead a talented Software Engineering organization to deliver innovative, high quality products on a foundation of architectural and engineering excellence
Responsible for hiring top candidates and building great teams
Provide leadership and mentor in engineering best practices, including agile development methodologies, service architectures, and design patterns
Responsible for ensuring stability and performance of the products are best in class. This includes accountability for performance, availability management and capacity planning.
Must be a strong technical decision maker
Responsible for solving highly technical and complex problems for several programs and projects
Leads the implementation of rigorous engineering excellence process and platform improvement initiatives.
Passionate about the customer experience and ensure every visit a great experience.
Manages the hiring, staffing and maintaining of a diverse and effective workforce
Responsible for career development/planning, performance and pay discussions of team members.
Makes suggestions for problem solutions or software/product enhancements. Responsible for solving highly technical and complex problems for several programs and projects
Applies knowledge of programming, technologies, processes, and methodologies to develop, maintain and support business applications.
