As a Technical Solutions Specialist Manager, you will be a part of a global team that provides support to help enterprise customers seamlessly make the switch to Google Cloud. You will manage a team that partners with the customers to understand their issues, identifies solutions, and ensures we use the right process to resolve the issue.
Our Technical Solutions Specialists focus on customer needs with an emphasis on customer empathy. They work with Google Cloud enterprise customers and manage their issues and resolutions end to end, including managing Customer and Internal communications. In this role, you will handle customer escalations using business acumen with technical assessment skills. You will develop team members to help drive and lead actions for the success of our enterprise customers and Google Cloud by identifying and advocating for their issues and issue resolutions.
