Qualification: –B.com and MBA(HR)
Exp: – 1yrs-3yrs (only experience in IT companies will be considered and no consultancy firms)
Location: – Mohali (WFO)
We are currently looking for HR Executive to manage our company’s recruiting, and employee performance programs.
Responsibilities and Duties-
– Managing the recruitment and selection process.
– Conduct interviews of the candidates.
– Documentation (Preparing Offer Letter, Confirmation Letter, Experience letter, etc.)
– Building a healthy environment in the company.
– maintaining company accounts and all expense sheets.
Required Skills-
– Should be well versed with MS Word, Excel, and basic HR processes.
– Good Communication Skills, Written and verbal both.
– Good Interpersonal Skills for internal and external communication.
– Positive attitude.
– Should be a smart thinker, active and dedicated.
Note- The person is expected to join immediately or 1-2 weeks
