You must have experience to plan, design, document, and engineer Genesys solutions for projects.Also, you will identify and evaluate new technology for updating equipment, adding capabilities and enhancing existing systems.You will perform on-call support and work with Genesys tickets.
To perform this role you need 5+years of experience in designing or administrating and routing call center environments with demonstrated in-depth Genesys mastery.Genesys reporting experience and knowledge of Informart, GCXI or Interactive Insights and Pulse.Genesys Pure Engage Cloud experience. Familiarity with Avaya to Genesys integrations.SIP trunking with carriers and between voice applications experience;
