Job Description
Purpose:
Technical Lead for AMESA sector out of Hyderabad with global responsibilities for IT Operations Endpoint Management Team.
L3 Support role for all end user devices at PepsiCo, from workstations, mobile devices and supporting infrastructure for EndPoint Management teams’ toolsets (Configuration Manager, Active Directory, Security toolsets. Symantec Security tool support, CyberArk and Bitlocker/File Vault tool support.
EPM team supports 108,000 end user workstations and 170,000 end user mobile devices globally, 8,000 network Printers, Services such as ConfigMan span over 1,200 infrastructure Servers.
This role will be focused on the operations Security role of making sure all machines are up to date with core security applications and the security incidents are governed with the aid of a vendor managed team.
Accountabilities:
L3 Support
Knowledge Base Management of End user devices – Workstations (Windows 10 / Windows 7)
Training for 1st level & Field Service support teams
End User Client Readiness
Deployment Remediation
Security Tools Support (Bitlocker encryption, Symantec AV Clientside)
3rd Level Incident Mgmt
Systems Management Infrastructure Support & Mgmt. (Configuration Manager, JAMF(MAC), Printer, Server and workstation OS support (Windows OS only)
Maintenance of desktop and print technologies around security toolsets/ AD Policy, and Local administrator accounts
Qualifications/Requirements
Years of Experience:
4+ years End User Support,
Windows 10
Security tools sets – Symantec Antivirus/Defender. Bitlocker, Cyberark
3+ years Software Distribution Knowledge SCCM/Configuration manager
Mandatory Technical Skills:
Powershell Scripting – create/read/modify
Ability to read and modify VBscripts
Strong Knowledge of Windows 10
Microsoft EndPoint Manager(SCCM/ConfigMan), Bitlocker, Server 2012+, MAC OSx, Executive support level training.
Symantec Antivirus.
Create documentation and training for multiple teams, internal and external to EUC.
Project based work to introduce new technologies.
Network Print
Office Pro Plus Client Side Knowledge.
Keep the business running during high priority technical issues
Mandatory Non-Technical Skills:
Verbal and written communication skills when working with customers
Vender management
Ability to work with Executive Support and directly with Executives (Sr. Director, VP +)
Ability to take lead of projects
Differentiating Skills:
Creative thinking skills for outside of the box issues
Job requires the ability to work fast, under pressure
Ability to work in a high stress environment while maintaining professionalism
Multi Language is a plus but not a requirement.
