Roles and Responsibilities
· 24×7 Level 1 Helpdesk – ISP connectivity, desktop, OS, VPN, authentication, security remote support through voice, chat.
· Experience troubleshooting password login, Linux, Windows (hardware, software), Telecom Application (billing/data center).
· Hands on experience in incident management tools ServiceNow, GSuite, and Microsoft Office.
· International (US, EU, Australia) Inbound voice and chat experience.
· Accent trained.
Desired Candidate Profile
· Comfortable working in shifts, and US time zone.
· Graduation/BE, diploma/certification in networking/ hardware.
1.1- 2 years’ experience required
