You will work as a part of our in-house HR team, which will give you a real impact on how the company is growing (and by the real impact we mean growth from 30-people company to 100+ people),
You’ll have the chance to recruit internal candidates for Trinesis, both for technical (Developers, QA, Design), business-oriented (PM, Sales) and back-office (Finance, HR) roles,
Will work closely with our HR managers, help them design and implement recruitment process to hire the best talents in their teams,
You’ll own our internal processes to create the best recruitment standards,

Responsibilites
Experience:
Min. exp 10 years in recruitment
Mandate experience in Development and Leadership hiring
Skills:
Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for each position, and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations
Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent
Grow and foster high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent to pull from as new positions open up
Continuously partner with recruiting team to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies
Stay active with current with job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create, and release job descriptions and announcements
Develop and release job postings on a platform, such as social media and job boards
Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates and prospect for new business
Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation
Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired, and fired employees, and other candidate relationships
Follow up on interview process status and update records in internal database
Coordinate with the management and corporate recruiters to find out the details of staffing requirements
Respond to internal as well as external customers and ensure that the staffing objectives are accomplished
Present reports on recruitment and analyses the status of recruitment practices regularly to the team and management.
Network and build contacts to source candidates better in the future
Serve as a bridge with work organizations, affiliations and agencies
Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders
Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
Responsibilities:
Managing end-to-end recruitment processes through different sources and at all stages (sourcing, outreach, screening) for open positions (up to 6 vacancies),
Maintaining a positive candidate experience – developing a quality relationship with all candidates,
Working closely with our Hiring Managers,
Sharing your knowledge and experience with Junior and Mid Recruiters from the HR team,
Proposing and executing Employer Branding initiatives to attract the best specialists,
Participating in the creation of the best recruitment practices in the IT recruiting industry
Assisting the HR Team with all daily activities.
