We are looking for an IT Manager to manage the IT infrastructure for engineering,
support team, and operations. You’ll translate ideas into strategy and features, and
follow the IT infrastructure, quality, and Certification initiatives. To succeed in this
role, you should be a perceptive, knowledgeable, and creative leader and a reliable
problem-solver. If you’re also confident and have a knack for knowing what ideas will
and won’t work, we’d like to meet you.
Responsibilities:
Oversees the server network management, Data Center Services and manage
database operations, cloud operations, Infrastructure automation to maintain
customer satisfaction and to ensure quality standards, adherence to processes,
policies, and service level agreements for customer responsiveness, incident
resolution, and follow up.
Provides technical expertise both tactical and operational on evaluation, selection,
implementation, and maintenance of information systems.
Partners with the executive team on strategic technology initiatives
Develops tactical plans and practices that support integrated and progressive
infrastructure and operations to best meet current and future business requirements.
Performs regular checks on network and data security
Identifies and acts on opportunities to improve and update software and systems
Develops and implements IT policy and best practice guides for the organisation
Establishes and monitors the infrastructure metrics to track productivity, quality,
service levels, and resource utilization, to collect the voice-of-the customer data, and
to enable projects to be on schedule and within budget.
Drives automation in operational tasks to improve efficiency and traceability of
activities.
Researches, monitors, and analyses industry IT and infrastructure trends,
technologies, and best practices to assess the organizations performance to the
industry norm and to align projects with the organizations business needs, initiatives,
and strategic direction.
Researches and implements best practices for infrastructure services, including
proven infrastructure methodologies, service management processes, and operational
support.
Takes charge of the company’s technology strategy and responsible for advancing it.
Coordinates and leads a team of IT experts/IT department.
Adapts and implements the industry’s best practice processes.
Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness for the IT department
Trouble-shoots and solves problems related to hardware, software, and network
problems
Researches and recommends acquisition of network hardware and software
Manages end user accounts, permissions, access rights, and storage allocations in
accordance with best-practices regarding privacy, security, and regulatory
compliance.
Monitors network utilization and performance, implements procedures for network
optimization, reliability, and availability
Identifies the problematic areas and implements the strategic solutions in time
Build long term relationships with outside vendors for IT related products and
services
creating and administering disaster plans that will keep the company functional in
the event of a crisis
Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role
Skilled in Network Design, Router / Firewalls Configuration, Core Network Planning,
Cisco Routers, and Network Administration, Audit, Windows servers, Risk
Management, SOP, Service Desk solutions.

Qualifications:
B-Tech. in Computer Science from reputed institute/college/university
Microsoft Systems Administration/CCNA/System Engineer certification
