Success in the Role: What are the performance outcomes over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing
As a Technical Escalation Lead (TEL) on the storage team, you will join a distributed workforce of global peers all working together to address various customer concerns, work directly with our engineering teams to make our products better, and dive deeply into coaching, mentoring, and training with our peers throughout all levels of the Storage support teams.

You will be responsible for the command and control of challenging customers storage technical difficulties as a Technical Escalation Lead on the storage team. Important qualities for this role are being team oriented, highly motivated, eager to always be learning, strong technical problem-solving skills, and most important of all: A customer centric attitude.
