Job Title: Bench Sales Manager
Location: Bangalore (On Site)
Shift Hours: 6:30 PM IST – 3:30 AM IST
Duration – Full Time/ Permanent
5 Days Working Culture (Work from Office)
Requirements
#. Minimum 3 to 5+ experience in Bench Sale / US IT recruitment, staffing and Placement.
#. Excellent communication, presentation and negation skills.
#. Ability to take right decision and execution plan.
#. Participate in active team building and teamwork.
#. Ability to successful interface with candidates, job seekers and clients.
#. Candidate should have solid background in Bench Sales and recruiting in the US technical staffing.
#. Should have End to End working experience in US IT requirements.
Responsibilities:
#. The Candidate must have effective sourcing techniques, good closing skills, ability to find right skill sets with high hire ratio for full time and part time both placements.
#. Screen, Shortlist, line up, follow up and Feedback updation.
#. Expert in Bench Sales and proficient in Marketing of consultants on our Bench.
#. Must have expertise to take mock vendors call calls and to mentor our bench sales consultants.
#. Maintain database and documents of candidates and Clients.
#. Candidate should have target oriented, confident and positive attitude to handle the things.
#. Finding best projects from tier 1 one contacts and candidates through different web portals like Dice.com, Corp to corp., Monster, Career builder, Net-temps. Job serve. computer jobs, and professional networking sites such as LinkedIn.
