Shift Timing: – 6.30PM To 3.30AM (Night Shift)

Job Description :
· Experience with On-Boarding/ Off- Boarding administration, Employee Relations, Talent Management, Organizational Development, Client & vendor Management.
· Handle entire onboarding and exit process/formalities for the US employees (W2/ 1099).
· Strong communication skills both oral and written, includes writing emails to the new hires and generating offer letters and employee agreement as per the company internal policies.
· Gathering the signed offer letter and employee agreement along with the documents required for on boarding.
· Verifying and validating the documents and saving it in the local drives.
· Conducting BGC’s and Drug Tests based on client requirements.
· Prior experience with I-9/ E-Verify
· Handling C2C paperwork with Vendors- Drafting MSAs & SOWs.
· Handling Vendor Management activities like gathering the agreements, Purchase/work orders etc.
· Review the contracts to ensure all the terms and conditions are in place.
· Interacting with the Clients and Vendors on a timely basis for the agreements, Work order and for the Vendor/client letters.
· Prepare monthly reporting W-2/1099/ C2C preparation
· Knowledge and expertise of I9 Form, W-4 Form, W2 Form, SSN, regular pay, Overtime Pay, Retro Pay, Commission, Bonuses, payroll taxes, 401K, medical etc.
· Strong communication skills both oral and written to deal with Employees, vendors & Clients.
Desired Experience:
· 4 years of experience in Human Resources handling US operations
· Strong written skills and are confident in your ability to communicate clearly with Employees

· You are familiar with HR policies, practices, and processes

Salary: ₹35,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
