Basic Function
Operationalize and administer Enterprise focused Identity and access management (IAM) solutions where the focus lies on centralization and standardization of IAM services and avoid custom solutions per business.
Essential duties and responsibilities
Wolters Kluwer Global Business Services (GBS) is designed to provide services to the business units in the areas of technology, sourcing, procurement, legal, finance, and accounting. Within the technology, the Global Information Security team is responsible for Enterprise IAM.
The Enterprise IAM services in Wolters Kluwer has capabilities and services in the following areas:
Directory Services (AD on Prem and Azure AD)
Authentication services
Privileged Access Management Services.
Lifecycle management services
User management services
Zero trust access management services
The strategy is build on the following principles:
Deliver rapid time to value, but avoid technical debt by use of Identity-as-a-service
Enterprise level security and compliance for Wolters Kluwer application and services, without added hassles for global Workforce.
Use IAM services within the Enterprise to help drive business value.
Accelerate implementations by use of global platforms and cloud-based solutions.
Invest in standardization of global IAM services and minimize the need for additional or overlapping identity repositories or tooling.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement solutions and administer and apply changes to Identity infrastructure and services within WK Enterprise:
Global Active Directory and maintain Wolters Kluwer hybrid Identity in both Global on prem as Azure AD.
Secure, migrate and consolidate Business and application Active Directory.
Cloud IAM: Azure AD Premium 2 services, including SSO, MFA, Identity Governance.
Operate on cloud based lifecycle management solutions for Identity and Governance automation.
Build and manage Cloud AD Domain infrastructures in a geo-regionally and multi cloud vendor implementation.
Strong troubleshooting and analysis capabilities related with Identity and authentication issues in a complex infrastructure.
In your daily work you will interact with people in different roles such as IAM architects, different global support teams (for example end user management or cloud management and network), Business admins and app owners. But also HR support teams and project managers.
Expect these people to be distributed globally and guiding meetings and collaborate virtually. Therefore, next to your technical knowledge, your good and clear communication skills are extremely important.
Job Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications/Education:
Strongly Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/MIS or equivalent.
Required:
Minimum 10+ years-of demonstrated experience in a role which is Identity and Access management related.
Experience working for a global Enterprise company
Able to perform technical PM
Preferred Qualifications/Experience:
10+ years of hands on experience / knowledge of industry standards as they relate Active Directory and cloud authentication: Kerberos, NTLM, LDAP, oAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect
5+ years of proven knowledge and experience regarding architecting and implementing Identity infrastructure
Experience with Identity Governance Automation tools (for example SailPoint, Saviynt, Omada, Okta)
Experience with AD Consolidation, IT infrastructure changes during acquisitions, mergers and divestures.
Experience with tooling responsible for user, group, device, attribute and password synchronization.
Other Preferred (one or more) Certifications:
MCSE Cloud platform and infrastructure
MCSA Windows Server 2016 / 2019
