-The ideal candidate will possess 4 years of substantial support experience.
-Knowledge of Windows 10 is preferred and experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Windows Server is required.
-Knowledge of Connectwise is preferred.
-Responsibilities include install, troubleshoot, research and correct desktop application and hardware issues.
-Provide Tier I – II desktop and application support, including new user setup, support for Line of Business applications, and create, maintain and update technical documentation following standard formats.
-Conduct analysis and troubleshooting via telephone, email and remote control for clients in a timely fashion. Work within a ticketing system to track and escalate client issues.
-Must be able to install and configure PCs, printers and other equipment’s.
-Must possess the ability to interact with all levels of users in a demanding, fast-paced environment and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
