The role has accountability for enabling new or changing infrastructure and other related deliverables during implementation projects. They are responsible for collaborating with other teams to ensure the successful execution and delivery of assigned projects.
Primary Responsibilities:
Engage and lead the infrastructure design for IT infrastructure related project, leveraging available MET.
Work with project team to define and manage infrastructure requirements.
Provide consulting expertise on IT infrastructure related projects.
Ensure successful technical/functional handoff of deliverables.
Facilitate technology issue resolution across project teams.
Leverage functional, work process and technical knowledge across project teams.
Design and build standards, templates and procedures for use in IT infrastructure related projects.
Act as main focal point for Partner Project Managers and Project Managers for the Infrastructure track of the projects.
Establish and maintain a productive partnership with I/S strategic vendors (e.g. IBM, Stefanini, etc.)
General Responsibilities:
Help manage cross-functional implementation issues and interdependencies for an assigned business process area of expertise.
Participate in the development of the implementation approach, strategy and detailed plans.
Participate on the development of cutover simulation and cutover plans and approach.
Gather input and develop the cutover check lists for a specific ITS (Infrastructure Technology Services) & EXS (Employee Experience Services) process area of expertise.
Provide Hypercare support following production implementations.
Facilitate the closure of defects or act as a liaison for end users to gain closure for defect.
Facilitate handover to run-the-business operations.
Provide support and metrics to customers post Go-Live to ensure a smooth transition between companies during Hypercare.
Required Qualifications:
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or 4 years of relevant work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
A degree discipline in Management Information Systems, Electronics & Telecommunication, Computer Science, Business Administration, or similar field is preferred.
At least 3 years of relevant, technology related experience.
Strong people and communications skills.
Strong problem management and issue resolution skills.
