Boeing IT & DA Supply Chain Organization is currently looking for a SAP IT Project Manager to join their team in Bangalore, India. In this role you will bring in best practices in SAP Project Management in a large complex Coordinated Implementation landscape.
Position Responsibilities:
. Support determination of project scope and schedule based on the Implementation lifecycle
. Develop and Manage SAP Project plan and deliverables
. Support incorporation of Quality Management systems
. Monitor project deliverables for compliance with Quality standards
. Develop and execute project communication plans
. Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans
. Coordinate and oversee supplier activities
. Manage Business and Supply Chain systems work statement that will worked by Boeing India
. Manage work with project resources such as functional analysts, developers etc. in line with project milestones
. Status reporting and communication to Project Leadership
BasicQualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
. 5+ years of Implementation Experience in SAP
. 3+ years of SAP project management experience with thorough exposure to E2E Implementation Life cycle
. Understanding of Agile Application Development Lifecycle and methodologies
. Understanding of DevOps Toolsets
. Ability to work with cross functional teams distributed across multiple countries
. Proven Track record of successfully delivering medium to large SAP Implementations, independently managing Functional and Development scope
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
. Exposure to SAP S/4 HANA Capabilities
. Understanding of SAP ABAP Development and Interfaces to Non SAP systems
. Demonstrated experience with Agile / SAFe methodologies. PMP / Agile Scrum Master / SAFe Certifications are nice to have.
. Exhibits sound analytical capability and business acumen
. Partners with cross functional teams in developing integrated project plans
. Communicates effectively and influences key stakeholders
. Delivers results driving quality and efficiency
. Evaluates results and identifies opportunities to bring in continuous improvement
. Identifies project risks/issues and mitigates impact through timely resolution
. Works seamlessly with distributed teams across geographies and cultures
