Job Description
To Source and screen potential candidates on regular & niche platforms
Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes.
Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants abilities.
Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates.
Requirements
Any freshers or experienced candidates can apply.
Should have an ability to understand and explain job requirements to candidates for IT roles
Excellent verbal and written communication skills is must.
Perks and Benefits
No of workdays- 5 days a week
For freshers, salary revision or increment provision after 3 months of probation
Quarterly decent incentive structure.
