Duties and Responsibilities,
Monitoring , Reporting (Infra / Project), Learning, Documentation and Escalation
Basic analysis and resolution based on SOP, Responding to customer query, ticket analysis and assignment.
Co-ordination and ensuring call and ticket closure.
Skills Required:
PC /Laptop Troubleshooting
Outlook Configuration
Printer Support
Basic Network Support
LAN & WAN Troubleshootings
Basic Knowledge in AD, DNS & DHCP
Basic knowledge about remote / ticketing tools (Anydesk , Service Now, etc.)
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Internship, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹22,000.00 per month
