You will be working with the Production technology manager and Team to manage the overall daily production support across the group and to support current and future workflows that will drive cost and production efficiency, quality and service levels.
The primary focus for this role will be to support and consistently improve the daily operational effectiveness of the accounts. Tightening up processes, streamlining workflows and ensuring Teams have the support they need to adhere to best practices and making sure we are utilizing the systems, resources and partners we have to their fullest potential.
Technology Support Manager is responsible for ensuring that the agency has an industry leading support for processes and systems that maintain the highest standards in project and campaign delivery and meeting the evolving demands of the client the same level of drive and passion as the client.
Work with Production Support Team to define and implement workflows on tools Like Dalim ES/ Twist and other automation tools, and to promote use of automation across the group
What you will be doing:
Accountable for delivery of assigned projects to time, scope and quality
Support all Production technology globally across the business
Ensure tasks and projects are accurately recorded within agreed tools
Ensure all tools are deployed following consistent agency standards, e.g. our internal tool, OMG
Ensure key documentation is used to support the tech rollouts across the business and provide training to teams/new team members as needed
Provide input into ongoing process improvements and changes to ensure the team are continuously improving
Desire to be into the detail, systems, processes, production and delivery.
Experience in fast paced agencies. This business manages scale and speed across the globe
Strong relationships based on confidence and trust in your ability to deliver
What you need to be great in this role:
5+ years of technical services experience in a complex production environment, not a traditional agency, across Print, Digital, Social and Motion technologies.
Be a hands on member of the team who can tackle problems head on and be part of the solution
Experience in building a deploying complex production technologies
Experience in implementation of large scale projects
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills
Confident and proactive – able to manage their work and always meet commitments
A logical thinker with common sense
Ability to question and challenge (both themselves and others)
Ability to see the bigger picture
Technical competence and understanding of creative process / working within a creative environment.
Confident communication skills both internally and externally with client.
Past experience in managing external partner relationships
