Girikon is looking for Full time “System Analyst for HubSpot” with the following job description:
Experience – 0-2 Years
Location – Noida/Bangalore
Shift Timing – General shift (1 pm -10 pm)
Number of positions – 6
Roles and Responsibilities:
Works with the Sales, Marketing and Servicing teams to review, recommend and implement best practice CRM processes and procedures within HubSpot.
Work directly with customers to build business relationships and help solve their ongoing HubSpot implementation, integration, and support needs.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to understand marketing, sales, and professional services objectives and supporting the appropriate systems, processes, and tools to help teams accomplish their goals
Builds and manages dashboards, reports, layouts, process automation, and other configurable parts of the interface for each business unit and end-users.
Demonstrate mastery of HubSpot core functions for managing customer processes, marketing campaigns and Feedback Survey.
Integrate, manage and consult on usage of third-party integrations available for HubSpot Eco System.
Consult on advanced HubSpot usage for CMS HUB and client integration needs with other HubSpot CRM.
Continuously provide HubSpot product training and collaborate with other teams to support customer success.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Degree in computer science (BCA, B.Tech, B.Sc.-IT) and MBA in IT or MBA Marketing
Possesses strong written & verbal communication skills to effectively maintain relationships with clients.
Has the proven ability to learn & communicate technical concepts.
