We are looking for a highly skilled recruiter to become a part of our growing team, and to help us find the best candidate. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in recruitment or human resources, with knowledge of screening, interviewing, and hiring practices. Responsibilities
1. Collaborating with HODs and understanding different job functions and role requirements and accordingly writing Job Description.
2. Develop and execute recruiting plans, prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards, IJPs & Social Media.
3. Having strong command on vendor management for achieving deliverables.
4. Minimum of 5 candidates have to be shortlisted everyday who are matching 80% and above as per Job Description.
5. Scheduling the interviews with all levels and updating candidate’s progress in HRIS / ATS.
6. Salary negotiation & rolling out the offers post documentations.
7. Accomplishing pre-onboarding process as per TAT mentioned in the HR SOP.
8. Maintaining a high degree of professionalism and being able to provide a great candidate experience at all stages of the hiring life cycle.
Requirements
1. Minimum of 3 to 6 years of experience in recruiting for Junior, Mid and senior-level positions using different sourcing channels.
2. Complete working experience in the full-cycle hiring process, especially in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
3. Consulting/Start-up Tech & Product hiring experience will be given first priority.
4. Specialization in Human Resources Management (Bachelors/Masters).
5. Any additional CHRM / HR certificate is a plus point (though not mandatory).
6. Excellent fluency/command over the English, Hindi & Telugu Language.
7. A great attitude and lots of passion for the role with strong interpersonal & stake-holder management skills.
8. Self-starter with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
9. Hands on experience with managing Walk in Interview, Job posting, In house Hiring, Knowledge of Job Portals, Mass Mailing Job Consultant Management.
10. Able to manage deadlines with quality output.
