Responsibilities:
Evaluates subordinates’ performance and considerable weight is given to recommendations made for pay increases, hiring, terminations and other personnel actions.
Ensures adherence to control and risk standards, changes and processes within IT project leadership; partners with Control staff to resolve issues.
Recommends new work procedures.
Utilizes good understanding of procedures and concepts within IT project leadership and basic knowledge of other technical areas.
Applies basic understanding of how own area integrates within IT project leadership.
Makes evaluative judgments to solve problems based on analysis of factual information; resolves problems by identifying and selecting solutions through the application of acquired technical experience and guided by precedents.
Ensures the quality of tasks provided by self and others on team.
Exchanges ideas and information in a concise and logical manner with tact and sensitivity to audience diversity.
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
Qualifications:
Basic level experience in an IT project leadership role (combination of education/experience).
8-12 years of IT experience in a technology role
Specific Experience in Mainframe Technology JCLs, VSAM Files, ISPF, COBOL, DB2
Experience in CLIST and REXX,
Experience in Handling Defect Management, Knowledge of Defect Life Cycle (Triaging, Defect Follow-ups to Closure)
Education:
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience

The Candidate is expected work in Shift System. Willing to work in Night Shifts for every alternate week
