You will join our IT Security department
As one of our new Senior IT Security Analyst, you will be part of a team of skilled security professionals and consultants tasked with managing and developing Ramboll’s global cyber and information security program.
Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
Develop, implement, and maintain information security policies, procedures, and guidelines to continue anchoring the Information Security Management System
Continue the development and maturity of guidance and tools that enable business functions to comply with the Information Security Management System
Conduct routine review of policies, procedures, and associated guidelines to ensure current, approved and communicated governance
Support and administer policy approval and publishing workflow within the Information Security Management System
Support and co-ordinate with internal stakeholders on preparing information security documentation
Monitor IT security requests and provide prompt responses related to ISMS operations
Monitor and measure compliance with the Information Security Management System and external threat picture to develop Information Security Management System and controls
Assist with the preparation of weekly / fortnightly / monthly reports.

A 4-year undergraduate degree in related field of study (e.g., Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science)
At least 10 years of relevant work experience with managing information security management systems or quality management systems.
Experience in writing and implementing global security governance and provide compliance support and guidance to business units in scope
Ability to develop, document, and maintain security policies, processes, procedures, and standards
Experience working Information Security Management systems based on ISO27001/27002 is preferred
Experience with other security best practices like CIS or NIST or SOC-2 is added advantage
CISM or CISSP Certification is an advantage.

Strong analytical skills
Ability to interact with personnel across all business units and customers
Good written and verbal communication skills – excellent English is a must
Passion for providing excellent support – including ability to manage expectations effectively
Ability to plan and structure complex task in an international environment
Ability to adjust communication to work effectively with colleagues from different cultures.
