We are looking for motivated Implementation Analysts to help each of VidCruiter’s departments with a variety of different tasks. Implementation Analysts are a vital part of our organization that keeps VidCruiter running 24/7/365.
Job Description:
Implementation Analysts are expected to work 40 hours a week (5 8-hour shifts). They will work with a team of Implementation specialists to help successfully onboard new clients.
Responsibilities:
Implementation Analysts will be accountable for an array of secretarial and data entry work. They may also be asked to work on other projects and assignments as needed. Typically, you will be expected to:
Join client calls to take notes and document action items
Support an Implementation Team in staying organized on administrative tasks
Take direction on position builds and other tasks as required
Requirements:
Must be bilingual in English and French (oral and written)
A minimum of 3 years of client-facing experience (ie. customer service or technical support)
English language proficiency (reading and writing)
An “Always Learning” attitude
Flexible & Adaptable
Proactive with work that needs to be completed
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite
Must have a functional computer (Laptop or Desktop)
Access to a stable internet connection
Must be available to work Monday to Friday,10am to 6pm ADT
