About the Role
We are looking for a Responsible Recruiter to join our team. The Recruiter have to builds effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment, be able to recruit passive candidates and possess the mentality to profile people and gauge chemistry of candidates for fit and understand their motivation rather than sell a role, possess strong ability to screen interview candidates within the framework of the position specifications and prepare an ideal candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline.
Recruiter is also responsible to Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management conducts in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios and communicate effectively with the hiring manager and interview team to ensure preparedness during the interview process.
Key job responsibilities
Conduct recruitment strategy meetings with Hiring Managers to ensure a complete understanding of the job requirements, candidate matches, and the qualifications needed to fill the role. Use findings to develop and execute effective sourcing strategies, assessments, and closing approaches.
Develop and ensure implementation of high-quality global recruitment, interviewing, selection, and strategic onboarding processes. Build the skills and commitment of hiring managers to follow best practices in all stages of the talent acquisition life cycle.
Manage all communication with all hiring managers and candidates and prepare all required paperwork.
Review applications and assess candidate qualifications against criteria established in the project job descriptions or Scope of Work requirements.
Conduct thorough candidate pre-screening interviews and recommend highly qualified and diverse candidates who meet the requirements for the role.
Negotiate the compensation rate and packages with long-term and short-term consultants, project staff, and home office staff.
Promote the company’s recruitment brand through active participation in job fairs, conferences, and other networking and marketing events.
Provide daily/weekly reports to hiring managers on a timely basis regarding status relating to all positions including outreach and response for each position as needed.
Basic Qualifications
Overall, 8+ years’ experience and m inimum 6+ years talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing).
Minimum 2+ years formal or informal leadership/managerial experience.
Additional Skills
MBA (HR ) or Graduation in related field/course.
Proven experience demonstrating the ability to act independently on assigned tasks
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
Strong experience working with multiple job portals.
Demonstrated ability to work in a self-directed, results-oriented environment at a fast pace; Ability to prioritize tasks.
