Designation: Sales and Key Account Manager (IT Contract to Hire Staffing)
Reporting: Group CHRO
Place of Posting: DLF Cyber City, Gurgaon
Working Hours: Monday to Friday with Flexi Time.
Role & Responsibilities:
New Client Acquisition and Account Management. Getting New Clients on board.
Making Cold Calls for business Development and arranging client meetings.
Sound experience in Contract Hiring, building and handling clients.
Must have active Point of Contacts (POCs) of the prospective IT clients in Delhi-NCR.
Make effective Sales Pitch for C2H with decision makers of potential clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts.
Ensure market coverage with Enterprise, Small & Medium Business and start-ups.
Responsible to work on Third Party (Contract hiring).
Responsible to drive signups with prospective clients in IT/ Software industry segments.
Establish and oversee process to ensure vendors within the Manage Service Provider (MSP) and adhere to the standard rate card/ allowed rate range.
Coordinate with all internal technology teams to help develop proposal and price budgets.
Create content, presentations, business proposals, etc and maintain a strong sales funnel
Ensure recruiters identify and submit matching candidates to the requirements with a good turn-around time within clients SLAs.
Clean up the job description before assigning the requirements and also highlight the required skills for the job.
Ensure that all the submittals follow and maintain client policies, procedures and guidelines for timely closures.
Oversee procedures to ensure appropriate distribution of requisitions to staffing agencies/ vendors and ensure coverage for those requisitions.
Oversee tasks involving resume screening, interview coordination and offer presentation, and negotiation with subcontractors/ vendors.
Work with business team and vendors to ensure all client-required documents are completed and submitted for new contractor starts and contractor extensions
Provide regular and ad-hoc operational reports and trend analysis.

Desired Candidate Profile
Desired Education/ Experience/ Competencies:
Any Graduate Preferably B Tech/ MCA with 5+ year experience in KAM/ Business Development role in IT Recruitment for C2H / Contractual Staffing
Prior experience of working and coordinating full life cycle recruitment processes with vendors in MSP environment and managing Vendor Score Cards and internal stake holders.
Must possess strong selling skills, account management and client relationship skills
Must have sound knowledge of current market trends of IT industry related to C2H Staffing.
Focussed approach to Revenue Generation.
Excellent English Communication skills written and oral.
Good Incentive, Lucrative Rewards & Recognition.
Hands-on with ATS and VMS.
Hands-on recruiting metrics, report development and analysis as it relates to KPIs.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
