Roles & Responsibilities
· Responsible for Client Acquisition and Business Relationships
· Conducting research for business leads and expansion
· Penetrating new business ideas like plot development/residential building/commercials and setting up business plan
· Driving sales and ensuring maximum sales achievements
· New Lead generation planning and implementation
· Achieving sales and collection target as assigned
· Following up the leads and bring the Customer for site visit
· Accompany buyers during visits and inspections of property, advising them on the suitability value of property.
· Convert the site visits to sales.
· Conduct and participate in the exhibition and promotional activities
· Conducting customer meet, meeting with project teams on completion of Projects
· Focus on Corporate companies/activities for corporate presentations / lead generation
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
