The IT Engineer – Manager will have a hands-on role for the all the technical activities related with the Time & Billing application. Some of the IT Engineer – Manager tasks are (but not limited to):
Work primarily in our Time & Billing custom application, although other applications/technologies will likely be brought in over time
Map requested business enhancements to existing systems and recommend the best architectural approach for building the functionality.
Participate in technical group discussions with squad members under minimal supervision to meet milestones.
Design, develop, test, maintain and support modifications to UNIX scripts, SQL, PL/SQL code, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports and other software components as needed depending on the project or customer request.
Ensure quality and adhering to timeline of the project in cooperation with team members.
Prepare unit and integration test plans
Review adequacy of test plans prepared by Quality Analysts.
Understand and follow agile methodology for delivery of projects. This includes appropriate levels of communication, documentation, and development process adherence

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, required. Major in Business, Finance, Technology or related field encouraged.
7+ years of relevant experience in solution design and development, systems integration, and solution implementation support.
7+ years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite R12 or higher.
Oracle Financial implementation / upgrade experience
Prefer Techno – functional profile
Knowledge about cloud platform and architecture
Programming Skills: PL/SQL, Oracle Developer
Experience with SQL*Loader, SQL*Plus and TOAD (or equivalent tool)
Experience with Application Object Library (AOL/FND), Concurrent Manager, Flexfields
Experience as a developer in Oracle R12 and database 11g, 12c and 19C
Experience working with Project Accounting, Accounts Reciveables, or financial applications is required.
Expertise – Integration with Cloud and knowledge about Mulesoft etc
Proficiency in speaking, writing, reading, and presenting in English is required
Must be open for flexible working as per business needs
