We are looking for a manager – Sales, a hunter, who loves challenges. A sales leader with excellent people skills who can create positive and lasting relationships with customers. One who has a proven track record of end-to-end IT sales and business development focussed on offshore Technology Services, Digital Solutions, Outsourced Product Development, and extended delivery center with experience in hunting and farming new accounts in the North American region. Responsible for developing a sustainable sales pipeline to meet forecasted revenue targets for the North American region.
Roles & Responsibilities
As a Manager of Sales, you would be required to understand the services offered by Chimera and work very closely with the inside sales team, manage and drive campaigns, nurture the leads, identify opportunities, and convert them into a sale. This would involve ideating the campaigns with maximum impact and aligning that with our capabilities to provide a powerful pitch. The person will also be required to demonstrate software applications, technology solutions, and other artifacts that Chimera holds to prospective customers. The person will need to write proposals, and work closely with the delivery teams to validate the technical proposal in line with the expectations.
Who would be the right fit for the job?
A person with a proven experience in software services, IT, and technology in a fast-growing small to medium-sized organization. One who has been instrumental in driving sales in the North American region both with new and existing accounts. This being a techno sales function, a highly tech-savvy sales-oriented individual with a consultative approach to selling offshore services would be an ideal candidate.
Mandatory/Primary Skills
Someone with an industry experience of about 10+ yrs. Should be able to prepare their own presentations and other materials required and work independently within the context of support that the organization can provide. Should be able to articulate and communicate well in customer calls and shows a passion to sell. Should be able to understand the entire gamut of the product development life cycle and the technologies related to it. Chimera offers both extended delivery center setup services and outsourced product development services and hence the candidate should possess knowledge of these.
Desirable Skills/Industries/Domain Preferred
Sales knowledge of Outsourced product development, IT Offshore services, Extended delivery centers, application development and management, Digital services, Analytics, DevOps, and QA.
