As a Manager- Channels and Alliances, You shall be responsible for driving the entire Channel Partner Programme across the Globe.
You will be building/reviewing/revising policies & incentive plans, overseeing activation & retention metrics, handle issues arising in day-day functioning in coordination with AVP-Sales
Responsibilities:
· Conduct an in-depth analysis of the currently in place Channel Partner Policies and make any necessary adjustments in light of the company’s goal of establishing an enduring Channel Network for the purpose of revenue generation.
· The activation of both new partners and partners held by competitors, as well as the retention of those partners through the best possible cooperation and robust incentive plans.
· You should get to know the Top Performing Partners in each region and make sure they have a positive sentiment.
· Organize periodic events for the purpose of fostering appreciation and collaboration among partners.
· Take care of day-to-day problems that have been reported in relation to Channel Partners
· Work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure that campaigns and public relations efforts are successful.
· Provide the Assistant Vice President of Sales with updates regarding overall suggestions, feedback, data, and programme success.
Required Skills:
· At least five years of experience working in Channel Partner Network Management, preferably with a focus on product SaaS sales. What you bring to the table is a scale-up track record that has been proven to be successful.
· Exceptional competency in strategic planning.
· Proven history of strong execution and delivery
· Exceptional abilities in the areas of communication, organisation, and management.. In line with our DNA, you believe in the value of participation.
