Technical Support Engineer – Banking / Fintech
IMMEDIATE START

Work from office, 24×7 Shifts applicable

Minimum Educational Requirements: BE/BTech, BCA/MCA
We are looking for technical support engineers to support us on Open Banking Solution deployed in one of the biggest banks in India. Your ability to work in a complex architecture will also make you an ideal candidate. Great opportunity to learn latest DevOps tech stack.
Responsibilities
Work closely with our Developers and DevOps to manage and operate our solution
Work in 24×7 shift when needed; At the moment it’s not on shift basis
Work on our technical stack – Linux OS, Ansible, Kubernetes, ELK, Ping Identity & Access Management, IBM API Connect API Management, Java, NodeJS, Oracle, Git
You will be trained on the above technology stack if needed
Coordinate with infrastructure team for issues like user access policies, firewalls, networking
You will be able to analyse and troubleshoot issues in our solution
Ability to clearly explain issues to the DevOps/Development team and seek their advice to resolve it within the SLA
Work with the full life cycle of tickets and issues
Requirements
Previous experience in Linux/Unix support for at least 3 years
Ansible
Git version control
Work in shifts (24×7)
Unix/Linux certification would be advantageous
Keen to learn modern DevOps technologies
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Graduation BCA/MCA/BE/BTECH preferred
