What you will do:
· Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and emails.
· Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision makers and understanding their requirements.
· Maintaining and updating the lead generation database.
· Achieving weekly/monthly targets as set out by the business.
Key Requirements:
· Proven Inside Sales Manager with 10 – 13 years of strong experience in IT industry sales process.
· Must have experience in selling IT services like App Development etc.
· Must have a deep knowledge of various CRM and other tools used in Sales
· Must have Fluent English communication skills.
· Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
· You should be comfortable using marketing automation platforms and CRM (e.g. Salesforce).
· Experience in customer service and relationship building is highly desirable.
