Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead our sales team and drive business growth. As a BDM, you will be responsible for generating leads, managing clients, and closing deals in the IT industry. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives. The position requires excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
Identify potential clients and generate leads
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Conduct research to identify new market opportunities and trends
Meet sales targets and revenue goals
Prepare proposals and presentations for clients
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
Collaborate with other teams to deliver high-quality services to clients
Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the IT industry
Provide exceptional customer service to clients
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
3+ years of experience in the IT industry
Proven track record of generating leads and closing deals
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Willingness to travel as required
