The Engineer – Enterprise Collaboration Messaging candidate will provide expertise, 2nd and 3rd line support duties for the team responsible for end-to-end delivery of all e-mail services of ICE, Inc. and subsidiary companies. This position requires proficiency with Secure E-mail Gateways, Exchange Online, Exchange 2016/2019, a strong understanding of E-mail security controls and knowledge of a range of enterprise tools and practices. An eager attitude, professionalism with great problem solving and communication skills are a must.
Candidates must be self-starters and quick learners who are not afraid to ask questions. Performing in a high-pressure environment while resolving issues promptly is essential.
Responsibilities
Email – Experience with end-to-end email delivery in the Enterprise. Expert knowledge of Exchange Online, Exchange 2013/2016/2019, IaaS SEGs, Cisco Ironport. Knowledge of Google Workspace a plus.
Authentication – Experience with ADFS, Azure AD and SAML
Server OS – Experience with the management and optimization of Windows Server 2016/2019 in the Enterprise, including expert-level troubleshooting skills. Experience with Azure services and IaaS is a plus.
Core Services -Strong experience with Azure AD, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS and load Balancers.
Security – Strong understanding of E-mail security controls and how to apply them within the Enterprise. Experience with SPF, DKIM, DMARC, Anti-Spam, Anti-Malware, URL defense and others.
Scripting – Experience with management and automation scripting in PowerShell. Should be comfortable performing tasks from the command line.
Teamwork: Communicate clearly and works well with team members to work toward successful execution of tasks. Provide Out of Hours support on an On-Call roster/rotation basis.
Knowledge and Experience
University/College degree in Engineering or related discipline preferred.
Experience/ familiarity with industry standard server engineering tools and practices.
Familiarity with Service Now and Change/Incident Management practices.
Experience in Company integrations during mergers and acquisitions.
Experience in the Financial Services industry a plus.
Schedule
